About

Hi, I'm Parker Shelton.

I was born in Arkansas and grew up moving around a bit before landing in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I'm based today.

I write across genres — psychological thrillers, young-adult sci-fi, and stories for younger readers — but they all come from the same place: characters you can't stop thinking about, and worlds that don't quite let you go. Writing started in the free hours between everything else, until it became the thing I couldn't put down.

My two daughters are the reason behind all of it — one of them is even the hero of The Pink Bear Protocols, a book I wrote for her. Everything I make, on the page and off, comes back to them.
